The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash nor Clubpoints.

If a customer requests cancellation or a refund (whether partial or in full) for any order to which the Offer has been applied, and after such cancellation or refund (whether partial or in full), the total net purchase amount for purchasing the Designated Products becomes less than HK$1,000, entitlement to the Offer shall be forfeited, and in such event, Club HKT Limited shall be entitled to first deduct from any refund to customers the discounted value applied pursuant to the Offer.
