What are the benefits of the  
SME Smart MPBX

  • Meets the needs of offices with new branch expansions who want to reduce the costs of purchasing additional PBX equipment and want an easy-to-install system.
  • Allows customers to contact company employees quickly, as when they call the main office number, the system will automatically connect them to the mobile phone numbers used by employees.
  • Clear sound, quality signal, and no need for internet connectivity to receive calls.
  • Allows for scheduling so that calls can be received during business hours, with a voice mail service available for calls that come in outside of business hours.
  • Allows employees to answer customer calls and forward them on to relevant team members using the same line, even when teams or members are away from the office.

SME Smart MPBX Package

  • The package is available to Juristic customers.
  • Main Numbers are for new number registration subscribers only. A main number is used as the central number for contact services.
  • Extension numbers are for subscribers registering for a new number, changing networks with an existing number, or changing from prepaid to postpaid, or for subscibers with existing numbers, all by switching to the SME SMART MPBX Package.
  • The license fee for main numbers is 150 baht/number/month and for extension numbers is 80 baht/number/month.
  • 1 main number can be registered and is able to be connected to up to 5 extension numbers.
  • Package validity is 12 billing cycles.
  • Service rates for calls outside the group and calls to all networks are 0.99 baht/min., 1.50 baht/min for VDO-calls, 2 baht/SMS, and 4 baht/MMS.
  • Once the 5G/4G/3G allowance has been reached, subscribers can continue using internet data at a max speed of 384 Kbps.
  • Use of 5G/4G is for supported devices and SIMs that are also within service areas.
  • Package allowances will be termintated as soon as the subscriber cancels the number, changes packages, or transfers ownership of the number.
  • Call rates are charged per minute. (Fractions of a minute will be calculated as one minute.)
  • The specified service fees are exclusive of VAT.
  • The package allowance for each billing cycle must be used in each individual billing cycle only. In the case of incomplete usage, the accumulated balance cannot be carried over or transferred to the next billing cycle.
  • Licenses and service rates specified are for domestic and normal use only.
  • In order to maintain service quality standards and to provide the best, most efficient experience to our customers, the Company reserves the right to manage the network as deemed appropriate, such as limiting or reducing data usage and speed in the event of high internet traffic volume, use of BitTorrents for downloading, mobile hotspot sharing, downloading and/or uploading of large files, or for commercial or any other kind of usage that may disrupt the network performance for other subscribers or impact the overall network service of the Company.

Subscription Process

Easy-to-install. No IT team needed. The AIS team takes care of set-up and voice-recording for free.

The customer fills out the information required for service application.
Our employees contact the customer with a return call.
The customer selects their main office number and designates extension numbers.
The customer will receive an email or SMS informing them of their User Information/Password.
