Terms and Conditions
  1. Cloud IP Camera service means a storage service for motion image data recorded by Closed-circuit camera (IP Camera) on the Cloud. Subscribers can access or view this motion image data in real-time and backward browsing (Playback) mode through the specified mobile application.
  2. The Subscriber agrees to use the Cloud IP Camera service legally and is responsible for controlling personal data or motion image data from using the Cloud IP Camera service via the self registered Mobile Application connected to the IP Camera under these terms and conditions.
  3. Cloud IP Camera package is at 99 baht/month/equipment (excluding VAT) unless receiving a discount according to the main package promotion.
  4. Able to view event-based video recorded on the cloud service for the past 7 days from the IP camera which is installed on the specified mobile application throughout the service period.
  5. Receive a discount on the IP Camera usage fee 1,290 baht per IP camera with the ownership of the equipment belonging to the customer when the service usage is completed for 24 months, and the service fee has been fully paid.
  6. Able to subscribe to Cloud IP Camera service for a maximum of 5 packages/internet number
  7. The service period for each of the above packages starts from the day the IP Camera of that package is delivered to the subscriber.
  8. Once agreed to receive the equipment, it cannot be returned. It is in accordance with the terms of application and installation of services according to the contract period specified by the company.
  9. If the Subscriber changes the main package of AIS Fibre service, the rights under the original package will be terminated immediately starting from the package change date.
  10. Subscribers will receive the IP Camera usage fee as stated above and will gain ownership of the equipment only after paying for the Cloud IP Camera service in full accordance with the package period.
  11. In case the use of any Cloud IP Camera service package is terminated before the expiration of the package period for any reason, the Subscriber agrees to pay damages at the rate of the discount on the IP Camera (per equipment) usage fee of that package to the Company.
  12. When using the Cloud IP Camera service until the end of the service period, the system will automatically renew the service based on the same service rate or any promotions available at that time. An SMS notification will be sent before the service extension takes effect. If the user does not wish to continue using the service, they must notify the company of canceling the service before the expiration of that package period.
  13. If the Subscriber relocates the AIS Fibre internet service equipment installation, the Cloud IP Camera service does not terminate.
  14. If the service is terminated for any reason, the Subscriber will not be able to utilize the registered Mobile Application to access or view motion image data. Additionally, motion image data stored on the cloud system will be promptly deleted upon the termination of the service and will not be recoverable after that.
  15. The IP Camera after-sales service will conclude either when the initial subscribed package period is completed or when the use of the service package has ended for any reason. After that, the Subscriber can request after-sales service directly from the IP Camera manufacturer.
  16. The Subscriber agrees to confirm that the Subscriber has received consent from the owner of the motion image data to collect, use, and disclose such data recorded in the Cloud IP Camera service system correctly according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2019 and other relevant laws during the period of using the service according to these terms and conditions.
  17. Able to choose delivery methods in 2 channels as follows
    • Delivery by Kerry Express, free of charge. The delivery of equipment is in accordance with the conditions of the service provider. Estimated Delivery Time: Bangkok and its vicinity 2-3 working days, other provinces 3-5 working days.
    • Delivery status can be checked at https://th.kerryexpress.com/th/track/
    • Delivered by the company's technician, there is a service charge that must be paid directly to the technician on the day the device is received.
  18. The company reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

FAQS

How do I apply for the Cloud IP Camera On-top service?

  1. Application can be made on AIS Fibre website or with an AIS salesperson through any channel.
  2. The IP camera delivery can be made through two channels:
    - By Kerry Express free of charge
    - By an AIS Fibre technician. A delivery fee of 400 Baht will be incurred per service.
    - Once the On-top service has been successfully applied for and the IP camera delivered, the service is considered to have started.
  3. The customer will be required to download the AIS Smart CAM app and install the IP camera on their own.

Is the application of the Cloud IP Camera On-top service limited?

Application of this On-top service can be made to up to 5 points per internet number.

Will the IP camera received from the On-top service be the property of the customer?

The customer shall acquire the ownership of the IP camera after they have completed the 24 billing cycles. Should the customer be unable to complete the 24 billing cycles, they will be liable for the damage fee incurred from the use of the camera for 1,290 Baht, and acquire its ownership. In such case, the camera can still be in use with the AIS Smart CAM app and playbacks will be available with cloud storage. In case of no cloud storage, only live surveillance will be available.

What do I do in case of an issue where the IP Camera does not function with the internet network I am using?

  1. In case the service is active, the IP camera can be used with AIS Fibre only.
  2. In case the customer has completed the 24 billing cycles or has cancelled the Cloud IP Camera On-top service and paid the IP camera damage fee of 1,290 Baht, the camera will be deemed as a property of the customer, and can be used with any internet network. In case where the customer has cloud storage, the equipment can be used with AIS Smart CAM, together with playbacks available. In case of no cloud storage, only live surveillance will be available.
