Simply bring in your original device registered for the package for a change, with a service fee of 25% of the device price.

Terms and conditions of service

Package Subscription Terms
  • This service is for eligible AIS customers (registered individual) who purchased their device(s) from AIS distribution channels.
  • The package prices and service fees are VAT-inclusive.
  • Each mobile number can subscribe up to 3 devices (1 Mobile Number / 3 IMEIs).
  • Package prices and service fees depend on your iPhone price at the time of purchase (excluding service request fees for repair, switch and replacement).
  • Your service will commence upon SMS confirmation of successful service subscription.
  • In the case of monthly package subscriptions, the subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
  • For 12-month package subscriptions, the package will automatically convert to a monthly subscription after the first year. The 13th month's package fee will be waived, and charges will start from the 14th month onwards until a service cancellation is made.
  • The maximum term of subscription is 48 months.
  • Package charges are calculated on a day-to-day basis (Date to Date) (Time to Midnight) for all packages.
  • In the event a customer receives a new device due to a warranty issue from the original device manufacturer, the customer must immediately notify the change of device IMEI registered for AIS Care+ with AppleCare Services at an AIS Shop or Telewiz store. Evidence issued by the respective manufacturer’s service center for the device replacement must be provided.
  • The company reserves the right not to refund any service charges under any circumstances if a customer cancels their service prior to its due date or if there are any reasons to terminate the customer’s service.
  • Should a customer request to temporarily suspend their phone service for more than 60 days, the service shall be considered as terminated.
  • Should a customer’s mobile service be disconnected, the service shall be considered as terminated.
  • Should the customer cancel their phone number, switch from postpaid to prepaid services, or move to another network, the service shall be considered as terminated.
  • AIS Care+ is a device care service for customers who purchase a mobile phone with AIS. The device care service is not an insurance.

Conditions for requesting Switch and Replacement

  • You can request a device change (Switch) twice or request a replacement device (Replacement) once within a 12-month period.
  • The service fee for requesting a Switch service is 25% of the original iPhone price at the time of purchase (excluding promotional discounts). Only the device will be replaced (excluding other accessories). The user must surrender their original device to the delivery person.
  • The service fee for requesting a Replacement service is 42.5% of the original iPhone price at the time of purchase (excluding promotional discounts). Only the device will be replaced (excluding other accessories).
  • Contact AIS Care+ for service requests online 24 hours at https://careplus.bolttech.co.th or call 098-585-1175 from 09:00 to 20:00 daily, or via LINE Official (@AISCarePlus).
  • Switch or Replacement services cannot be received at Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers, both in Thailand and abroad.
  • The device is covered by a 12-month warranty period after a Switch or Replacement request, starting from the day the customer receives their replacement device (the device is covered for defects due to manufacturing or software issues).
  • In the case of a replacement device request, the original device registered for service registration is considered the property of the service provider.
  • The device color and model to be switched or replaced depend on available stock.
  • The service provider reserves the right to reject, cancel services, or take legal action if it is found that the user has an intention or action that violates the law regarding service requests.
  • The devices provided for Switch or Replacement are Apple Manufacturer Genuine Device sourced from Apple.
  • Switch/Replacement services are provided by Bolttech Device Protection (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Device damage service by AppleCare Services

  • Repair services are unlimited. Each repair service request incurs the following service request fees:
    - Screen replacement service fee: 1,000 Baht
    - Back glass replacement service fee: 1,000 Baht
    - Other damage service fee: 3,300 Baht (for damages other than the screen and back glass)
    - Hardware Services: No service fee
    - Battery replacement: No service fee
  • If both the screen and back glass are replaced, both parts must be paid for separately (a total of 2,000 Baht).
  • Back glass replacement does not cover iPhone SE and models before iPhone 12.
  • After a repair service, the device is covered by a 3-month warranty period, starting from the day the customer receives the device (device warranty for defects due to manufacturing or software issues).
  • Carry-in repair services at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service providers. Same-day repair services in most major metropolitan areas worldwide
  • You can also access repair services in other countries. For more information, contact Apple Support.
  • For AppleCare Services outside of Thailand, the currency, service fees, and repair services will be based on the regulations of that country.
  • Hardware Services cover material and manufacturing defects that occur with the device and accessories that come with the original packaging (only includes the charging cable).
  • Device Switch or Replacement service requests must be made via AIS Care+ service touchpoints.
  • Same-day services may vary by region. For international services, Apple may repair or replace components with equivalent iPhone models or parts according to local standards. Terms and conditions apply to the services provided.
  • In case the device cannot be repaired by Apple, it may direct you to AIS Care+ for other service options.

Battery Coverage

The service covers only batteries that hold less than 80% charge. For full details, please read related terms at www.apple.com/th/legal/salessupport/applecare/applecareplus/th/

Conditions for Device Pickup and Delivery

  • Devices will only be delivered to the register registered subscriber. The individual must present their identification card, and cannot authorize others to receive the device on their behalf.
  • The delivery time for door-to-door Device Repair services is within one day for Bangkok and its vicinity, and within 2-7 days for other provinces, depending on the area, starting from the time the device is successfully received from the customer.
  • The delivery time for Device Switch and Replacement services is within 6 hours for Bangkok and its vicinity when requested between 09:00 am and 02:00 pm, and within 1-5 days for other provinces, depending on the area, starting from the time the service request is received and payment is made in full.
  • The delivery time does not include public holidays.
  • You have the right to request compensation for late or incorrect deliveries. The refund will consist of two parts:
    1. Refund of the remaining service package fee for up to 12 months. 2. Refund of the service request fee that has been paid for Switch and Replacement service requests. Refunds will be transferred to the bank account or via other methods specified by the service provider, and the customer will be responsible for any applicable tax. The service provider’s terms and conditions apply.

Monthly packages will remain at the same price, while annual packages will not incur any additional charges, and remaining service request entitlements will continue from the previous package.
