- The Netflix Lover package is for customers registered as individual Fibre to the Home (FTTH) users only.
- Free Netflix for 24-month billing cycle in Basic / Standard / Premium package according to the details and conditions under the selected Netflix Lover package.
- Customers using Netflix Lover packages are not able to change and cancel the packages during the period of 24 billing cycles.
- Customers are allowed to upgrade speed and price within the Netflix Lover package.
- The monthly service fees are VAT-exclusive.
- Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
- Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize AIS Fibre package for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. In the event that services are cancelled before 24-month billing cycle, the company reserves the right to deduct the initial set-up and wiring fee according to the proportion previously used.
- The installation and wiring fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. In the event that customers pay for the initial set-up and wiring fee of 4,800 baht in the first monthly bill, The usage period of AIS Fibre services is not limited. (non contractual)
- The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately. Special promotion: Owners of the property where package services will be directed and who can prove ownership with their house registration documents or by other official means will not need to pay any activation fee.
- Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
- Customers using this package will receive a Private IPv4 including a free DDNS* service in addition to a Public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
- Get the right to rent the following equipment: 1 WiFi Router AX3000 value 2,500 Baht Get the right to borrow 1 WiFi Router AX3000 value 2,500 Baht and AIS Fibre equipment during the package period. In the event that services are terminated for any reason, the customer must return all leased equipment back on the terminated date.
- This package is for personal use only. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
- Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted.
Services will resume only once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full. - Free! AIS PLAYBOX with a free! On-top PLAY FAMILY package for movies, series, concerts and varieties TV progreams. And 10 world-class channels for 24 months period (from 119 THB./month).
- Non-AIS Customers who subscribe to the Netflix Lover package will be entitled to AIS Postpaid service.
- The package is compatible with the AIS Fibre – Fixed Line service.
- The package is compatible with the AIS MESH WiFi add-on package for THB 100/month/point (excluding VAT) **contract period 24 months**

- The company reserves the right to give any compensation in case of no Netflix service use.
- The right to access Netflix will terminate instantly after a change/cancellation of the main package.
- The free service will be valid for a particular period as stipulated only and will terminate instantly after a change of service or ownership.
