  • Once a NETFLIX (Thailand) member, the customer agrees to the following:
    • NETFLIX (Thailand) members must be at least 18 years of age.
    • NETFLIX (Thailand) members have agreed to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
    • NETFLIX (Thailand) members acknowledge that NETFLIX membership is automatically renewed on a monthly basis and billed to the AIS monthly service fee until the member cancels his/her NETFLIX (Thailand) membership.
  • Package subscription and AIS billing cancellation via USSD *242# will be eligible once every 31 days. Customer can subscribe or cancel the service that has been registered by USSD *242# again after 31 days.
  • Package cancellation that has been registered by USSD *242# is valid until the end of billing cycle.
  • A Netflix Household is a collection of the devices connected to the internet at the main place you watch Netflix. A Netflix Household can be set using a TV device. All other devices that use your Netflix account on the same internet connection as this TV will automatically be part of your Netflix Household.
