  • This package is for new numbers, porting numbers from another carrier, changing from prepaid to postpaid, and having a store on Tung-Ngern application only. The package is valid for 12 billing cycles.
  • Excess usage rates: Voice or video calls to all networks at 1.50 baht per minute (charged per actual minute, fractions of a minute are counted as 1 minute). 2.50 baht per SMS, and 4.50 baht per MMS.
  • After the data allowance is used up, you can continue using data at the specified speed. For the 399 and 499 baht package, you can continue using a non-stop data up to 1 Mbps and 4 Mbps respectively.
  • This service cannot be used in conjunction with the Multi SIM service.
  • For AIS SUPER WiFi access, the system will automatically send a WiFi username and password via SMS. For more details, visit www.ais.th/wifi.
  • Allowances for all packages can be used within each billing cycle only. Unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle, and allowances end immediately if the service is canceled, the package is changed, or the number ownership is transferred.
  • Prepaid subscribers who are eligible for the package must have been using the prepaid service for more than 31 days.
  • Service fees are VAT exclusive.
  • The company reserves the right to limit services for activities like BitTorrent, sharing internet through Hotspot, or transmitting unusually high data volumes.
  • The system will automatically assign a Serenade status. Customers will be notified of their status within 3 working days after the system processes are completed.
  • For the "Prosperous and Wealth" wallpaper, scan the QR code from the staff after the package registration is completed.

  • If you already have the Karaoke Platinum package, you must cancel the existing package to claim this offer.
  • The application supports Android version 4.1.2 and above, and iOS version 8 and above.
  • The service rate does not include data charges.
  • The service rate does not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • An SMS will be sent to notify about the expiration 3 days in advance.
  • If you cancel the Karaoke Silver package, your access will be terminated immediately.
  • The package cancellation must be carried out via myAIS or the AIS Call Center.
