• The SME AI-Powered Smart Router package is available at residential installation sites only, such as Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) for house-type residents and Fibre-to-the-Room (FTTR) for apartment/condominium-type residents.
• SME AI-Powered Smart Router package is only available for corporate customers who open a new package.
• The stated monthly service fees (in Baht) are VAT exclusive.
• The subscriber is entitled to a waiver of 4,800 Baht for installation and external wiring fees when agreeing to subscribe to the AIS Fibre service for at least 24 billing cycles, starting from the installation date. The company reserves the right to charge the installation fee based on the rate proportionally deducted by the actual service period used if the subscriber cancels or changes the package with the lower service fee before completing the 24-billing-cycle contract.
• If the subscriber chooses to pay the 4,800 Baht installation and external wiring fees in the first billing cycle, the AIS Fibre compulsory terms on the usage period will not be applicable.
• Once the subscriber has subscribed to the AIS Fibre service, the service location cannot be moved for 6 months after the installation date. If the subscriber insists on the move, the company reserves the right to terminate all the package privileges.
• Subscribers will receive the right to borrow up to 2 AI-Powered Smart Routers.
• The subscriber is required to return all the equipment when the subscription is terminated.
• Discounted subscription fee, now reduced from 2,000 Baht to only 800 Baht. Special! Free subscription fee when the subscriber is the person registered as the head of the household at the installation site or has proof of ownership for the installation site.
• The 800 Baht subscription fee will be refunded to the subscriber monthly in the form of eight 100 Baht discounts. If the subscriber suspends the subscription, the discounts will be discontinued.
• Only Juristic can use the Free Public IPV4 service.
• Subscribers are not allowed to reduce the package speed throughout the 24 months contract.
• If the subscription is suspended due to a breach in agreed credit terms or overdue payment, all the package services and privileges will be suspended.
• After completing the payment of all overdue invoices, the suspension will be lifted, and the services will be resumed as normal.
• If the subscriber wishes to use the Port Forwarding service, s/he can register to use the service on the www.thddns.net website before activation, free of charge. The Registration Guide is available for download.

Term & Conditions

• The subscriber will be exempt from the monthly service fee for the Office phone Number, a value of 100 Baht. Subscribers will not be able to choose the phone number and will receive a randomized telephone number, based on the province where the subscriber to the AIS Fibre is located.
• The Free Calls Privilege in this package is applicable within each billing cycle only. The remaining minutes cannot be transferred to a later billing cycle.
• Excess call rates for the promotion are as follows: 0.50 Baht per minute for on-network calls within AIS networks, 2 Baht per minute for calls to other networks, 3 Baht per call for any landline phone numbers within the same province, and 2 Baht per minute for landline numbers in other provinces. International calls will be charged based on the IDD (AWN, AIN) provider service rates.
• Call rates are calculated based on actual minutes of usage each month. (Excess seconds will be rounded up to the nearest minute.)
