• PLAY FAMILY package get free 12 months via AIS PLAYBOX. The package starts from the date AIS Fibre service installation is completed.
  • The allowance, valid for the duration determined, will end once the package service is cancelled, changed or transferred.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. for channels from PLAY FAMILY package and various programs that can be watched for free on the PLAYBOX.
• VIU Terms & Conditions
  • Get up to 12 months free access to VIU PREMIUM with no additional charge from PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package.
  • Customers must confirm the entitlement from SMS with your registered AIS Fibre ID to activate.
  • VIU PREMIUM privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package.
  • VIU service available on 4 devices. Customers can enjoy VIU PREMIUM on the app and/or the web by going to https://viu.com  or by downloading the VIU app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
• AIS PLAYBOX Terms & Conditions
  1. AIS PLAYBOX Package monthly service rate is 129 Baht /point (exclusive of VAT), unless receiving a discount according to the promotion of the main package.
  2. The customer shall be entitled to borrow AIS PLAYBOX 1 unit/ point for the entire period of the service. Should the service be cancelled or terminated, the customer shall return the AIS PLAYBOX on the date of such cancellation or termination. If not return, the customer agrees to pay the value of AIS PLAYBOX.
  3. The customer shall be entitled to receive the discount for equipment management fee at 3,096 Baht when use the AIS PLAYBOX service according to service period and the conditions of the service package that the customer agrees to apply.
  4. AIS Fibre customers, who use packages speed 50 Mbps or above and 1st point of AIS PLAYBOX service, can apply for additional AIS PLAYBOX service at a maximum of 2 points (a total of 3 points, including existing point). AIS staff shall contact the customer for AIS PLAYBOX installation appointment within 24 hours.
  5. AIS PLAYBOX service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions of AIS Fibre.
  6. Upon the end date of AIS PLAYBOX service, it shall be automatically renewed according to the same service fee or any promotion rate which is available that time. An SMS message shall be sent to notify the customer before the renew becomes valid.
  7. In case the customer cancels AIS PLAYBOX service prior to the end of the service period according to service package that the customer applies, the customer agreed to pay the fine in the rate of equipment management fee based on pro rata basis of remaining bills under such period after deducted from the paid bills.
  8. The service is only for domestic use and strictly not for commercial use or profitable.
  9. The company reserve the right to save and distribute all parts of the content. If such action is found, the company will take legal action immediately.
  10. Reserves the right to cancel or modify any terms and conditions without prior notice. The company shall be entitled to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Remarks:
  1. In case the customer applies for the 2nd or 3rd point of AIS PLAYBOX service, the customer shall pay an installation fee at 850 Baht/point to the installer on the installation date. The wiring fee of 15 meters LAN cable with Nail Cable Clip is free of charge. The excess of 15 meters shall be charged at 20 Baht per meters.
  2. AIS Fibre customer, who uses AIS PLAYBOX device old version and wishes to replace it with the new version, the customer shall pay a replacement service fee at 850 Baht/point. And it shall be deemed that such customer applies for AIS PLAYBOX service according to this service terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
  1. For new customers registered as individual only.
  2. Package for Fibre to the Home and for Fibre to the Room (FTTR).
  3. Service Fee is exclusive of 7% VAT.
  4. Service Fee collected as charge in advance starting on the first date of bill cycle Special package for SUPER Hi-Speed Broadband available to broadband users only eligible for 12 months and would be changed to the normal price.
  5. The customer is required to obtain the right to apply for the package within a specified period only.
  6. AIS Postpaid Service:
    6.1 For customers who subscribe POWER4 Online package and open new AIS Postpaid will be eligible to use Internet 4G / 3G in the amount of 5 GB according to the package.
    The Service rates
    • Voice Calls and VDO calls on all networks are charged at 1.50 Baht per minute,
    • Short Message (SMS) is charged at 2 Baht per message, only for messages between mobile phones used and domestically registered.
    • Multimedia message (MMS) is charged at 3 Baht per message, only for messages between mobile phones used and domestically registered.
    6.2 After using the maximum data quota, customers can still use the internet at a maximum speed of 256 kbps.
    6.3 Use of 4G internet only for customers using devices and sim card that support for 4G usage, including of 4G service areas.
    6.4 Excess charges from the package will be charged in addition to the monthly fee and the rate excluding VAT.
    6.5 The usage allowance can be used within a bill cycle which any remaining usages cannot be roll over to following bill cycle and all usages will be immediately terminated if the customer change, terminate, or change ownership.
  7. The customer get discount for installation fee with outdoor wiring installation amount of 4,800 Baht when agree to use AIS Fibre service continuously at least 12 bill cycles since the date of the installation. In case that the customer cancels the service within 12 bill cycles from the date.
  8. If Term of free installation, the company reserves the right to collect the installation fee with outdoor wiring installation at the rate based on prorate basic of remaining bills under such period after deduct from paid bill the customer choose to pay for the installation fee with outdoor wiring installation in amount of 4,800 Baht since the first bill cycle will not determine the period of AIS Fibre service.
  9. All AIS Fibre equipment are belonging to AWN. In case customer cancels the service, customer must return all AIS Fibre equipment to the company.
  10. The entry fee is now only 800 Baht from the regular fee of 2,000 Baht. Special offer: The entry fee is waived for customers whose names appear as the householder in the house registration, or who has proof as the owner of the residence.
  11. The customer who pays the 800 Baht admission fee is entitled to a 100 Baht discount on the monthly service fee for a period of eight billing cycles. However, in case of temporary service suspension, the discount will be cancelled.
  12. Customers who apply for the package will get a Private IPv4 together with free DDNS* and Public IPv6, with port forwarding and bridge mode enabled.
  13. The customer cannot change the package less (Speed) until the end of the contract 12 months.
  14. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other any discounts or promotions.
  15. If services are suspended due to credit limit or unpaid bills. Services included in the package are all suspended. When payment service fee (payment channel) under the condition, the customer can use various services as normally.
  16. For the customer who want to use port forwarding can register through www.thddns.net  before use without any service fee. The customer can download registration manual
