  • This package is for customers registered as ordinary persons only.
  • The monthly service fee (Baht) excludes VAT.
  • The monthly service (Baht) is charged in advance on the first day of the bill cycle.
  • Activation fee.
  • This package users shall get a Private IPv4 with FREE DDNS and Public IPv6. Port forwarding can be done and the bridge mode can also be used.
  • Customers who would like to do port forwarding may register at www.thddns.net at no cost.
  • The internet speed depends on the number of internet users and the network distance.
  • In case the network is temporarily out of service due to exceeding credit limit or overdue service charge payment, the services in the package will all be suspended until all the required payments are made.


    • Service and Product Warranty Terms and Conditions:
  • Application or changes of a package are subject to the terms and conditions. The package is on a no-contract basis for 12 months.
  • This package price is only reserved for active AIS Fibre customers.
  • The package price is not available for customers who terminate AIS Fibre service and request to reactivate the service.
  • In case of reapplication after a cancellation of the AIS Fibre service, the company reserves the right not to return the Wi-Fi router payment.
  • AWN provides a warranty on Wi-Fi routers only in case of a manufacturing defect under normal use conditions and only for use with AIS Fibre for one year after the purchase date where the user is classified as active. These terms and conditions apply:
  • In case your device is under AWN warranty conditions, AWN shall arrange for a technician to repair your device at the device installation location.

How does the Wi-Fi router function? Does it work with other networks ?
These Wi-Fi routers can only function as Wi-Fi routers and not only in AP mode. It works with AIS Fibre only.
In case of a problem with the device, how do I get my warranty ?
Customers may call 1175 to inform us of a problem. We provide on-site services in all cases. Your device has a one-year warranty and, in case of a problem with the device, we offer a replacement for the customer’s continuous use of our services.
What if my device has a problem after the one-year warranty ?
After a warranty expires, customers may still contact us at 1175 in case of a problem. With the same on-site services, we may recommend a purchase of a new device to the customer, and the 12-month cashback will still be offered to customers who purchase a new router.
How to use other VDSL Router to connect AIS Fibre
Check Configuration (Follow the instructions of each router):
  1. Connection Mode or Internet Protocol is PPPoE
  2. The PPPoE User Name and Password is already set up
    3. In case of no setting
    - set User Name to Internet ID (8800xxxxxx)
    - and Password to BYOD+Internet ID (BYOD8800xxxxxx)
  3. Set VLAN to disable (in case of cannot set disable, set VLAN to 0)
