  • For postpaid customer, the package normally becomes effective right away (not based on the first usage abroad). In case the customer applies for a package beforehand (not for one to be instantly effective), they may choose a future-date/pre-booking application where it is possible to specify the package’s effective date and time in advance.
  • For Prepaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once first used internet roaming in the designated countries within 60 days of the subscription date.
  • Package service rates (Excluded VAT 7% ) are as follows
    1. The service rate for the Ready2Fly package in neighboring countries is 93 baht. Receive 2 GB of internet usage in neighboring countries, valid for up to 7 days. Usage will continue at a speed of 64 Kbps once the specified amount has been used.
    2. The service rate for the Ready2Fly package in Asia and Australia is 399 baht. Receive 7 GB of internet usage in Asia countries and in Australia. Usage will continue at a speed of 128 Kbps once the specified amount has been used.
    3. The service rate for the Ready2Fly package on every continent worldwide is 899 baht(exclude VAT). Receive 7 GB of internet usage on every continent worldwide. Usage will continue at a speed of 128 Kbps once the specified amount has been used.
  • Details of internet usage abroad are as follows
    1. Customers must have international roaming before applying for the Ready2Fly package.
    2. The package ready to use in specific countries “No need to select network manually”.
    3. The package duration begins from the day of activation and ends on the last day of the package, calculated per full day (+24 hours) according to Thai time.
    4. The package can be used according to the start and end date and time as specified in the subscription confirmation SMS received from the Company and will be usable only after the customer has received the SMS confirming package subscription was successful.
    5. In the case of usage in other countries not included in the package terms or usage over the specified package duration and time period, said usage will be calculated at the normal international roaming rate according to the country of usage.
    6. Any remaining internet privileges cannot be carried forward for future use.
    7. Usage allowance does not include usage with on a ship or on an airplane or usage over satellite networks.
  • Internet services provided on the networks of overseas service providers are supplementary services for the sending and receipt of data using EDGE / 3G / 4G technology which are provided by those overseas service providers as a service for the convenience of network users and thus may be limited in certain locations and/or certain time periods. The speed of 3G / 4G technology usage is dependent upon the service area, number of users, connection equipment, and device settings, which means that high-speed service may not be continuous during every usage. Additionally, the movement of network connection equipment or devices during service usage may temporarily affect data transmission and changes of technology in data transmission.
  • Overseas service fees for excess usage, outgoing calls, receipt of calls and SMS usage will be charged at the normal rates of the country of usage.
  • SMS messages in the Thai language or in both Thai and English totaling 70 characters are counted as 1 SMS message. For English language SMS messages, 160 characters are equivalent to 1 SMS message. In cases of continued messages that exceed this limit, excess messages will be charged as new SMS messages, whereby the recipient may receive said messages at the same time or separately as individual messages according to the number of messages sent, depending on the capabilities of the destination mobile phone or device. In the case of symbols or other extended characters, these will cause the calculation of characters per message to differ according to the technical limitations of the system.
  • Current service customers wishing to apply for this promotion must have normal status and must not be in a state of temporary service suspension.
  • The special privileges included in this promotion are reserved for personal communications from mobile phone to mobile phone only and are prohibited for usage in any commercial activities that are against governing laws, including the provision of any Voice over IP (VoIP services. If it appears that said services are, in fact, being used for the pursuit of business interests or commercial communication with third parties, or for internet access in such a manner as is against the law or contrary to public order and good public morals, the service provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service and to cancel any special privileges according to this promotion. In such cases, the service provider shall charge service fees at the normal rate according to usage amounts in each billing cycle.
  • The company reserves the right to offer the conditions and details of promotion, Which will be informed in advance

  • Airport and point-to-point transfers in Bangkok ,Bang saothong and Bangpee at Samut Pakran province only (additional charge 500 baht when traveling in Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan)
  • Fuel and tolls fees are included in the fare but exclude the airport representatives.
  • The reservation must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance before the schedule date
  • Cancellation must be made prior to 12 hours in order to receive a full refund.
  • If the customers insist to travel to other destinations or out of the route, the customers be responsible and pay the extra fare in cash to the chauffeur.
  • The customers are not allowed to add extra stops except a majeure situation occurs. The stopped location will be considered as the destination.

  • Service is only within “Bangkok” area. There will be an extra charge for 500 baht per trip for the service within vicinity provinces which are Chom Thong / Taling Chan / Taweewatthana / / Thung Khru / Bangkhuntien / Bang Khae / Bang Bon / Phasi Charoen / Rat Burana / Nong Khaem / Nonthaburi / Samut Prakan ( except Bangpli -SVB ) / Pathum Thani
  • Toyota Camry car will accommodate no more than 3 passengers including no more than 2 large suit cases (28 inches/case).
  • Toyota Commuter Van is applicable for 6 passengers with 6 large luggage, 28-inches size, at maximum capacity.
  • If the customer wants to change the car model or divert to a different agreed upon route between AIS and Black Tie Limousine, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding extra fee. If you reserve the car less than 72 hours in advance, the serviced car will depend on the available car’s schedule.
  • Cancellation or change of reservation should be done at least 12 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid any cancellation charge (From 09.00 –21.00)
  • If you cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the reservation time or not showing up at the reservation time, this will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the service fee which will be collected directly from the customer.
  • Upon picking up from the airport, our limousine will be waiting for 90 minutes hours after the plane’s arrival. If within the 90 minutes, airport personnel cannot contact you or you do not show up, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the service fee which will be collected directly from the customer.
  • Upon picking up from home, our limousine will be waiting for you for 30 minutes only. After reservation, you can reschedule pick up time by informing us 12 hours prior to your reservation time. If after 30 minutes, our driver cannot contact you or you do not show up, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the service fee which will be directly collected from the customer. If the customer informs the driver to wait longer than the said 30 minutes, there will be a waiting fee of 500 Baht/hour (fraction of the hour will be counted as one hour).
  • In the case of an emergency that we cannot make it in time of your reservation due to accidents / traffic / blocked roads, we will arrange a compatible replacement car for you.

  • If the customer wishes to change the vehicle type or travel outside the route according to the agreement between AIS and Sixt Limousine, he or she will be responsible for the expenses. And if the car reservation is less than 48 hours, the car arrangement will depend on the time the car is available.
  • To pick up from the airport The limousine will wait for the customer for 2 hours after landing. If within 2 hours the airport staff cannot contact you or you do not show up, For No-Show appointments, there will be a cancellation fee calculated as 100% of the service fee. This fee will be charged directly to the customer.
  • When picking up from accommodation The limousine will wait for the customer for a maximum of 45 minutes after the appointed time. If you would like to postpone the pick up time, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If within 30 minutes the driver is unable to contact the customer or the customer does not show up as requested. Appointments (No-Show) will incur a cancellation fee calculated as 100% of the service charge. This fee will be charged directly to the customer.
  • In the event of an emergency where the vehicle cannot be dispatched in time due to an accident / traffic jam / blocked road / we will provide a replacement vehicle of comparable level. or higher in service
