QShould I activate my SIM2FLY while I’m traveling abroad or should I activate it before traveling ?
A
You can do it either while traveling or in Thailand, as long as the country that you are in supports the SIM2FLY service. The usage starting date will start counting once the SIM2FLY is active within the country listed in the package purchased.
Once the SIM card is activated, it must be used in the designated countries within 60 days (countries that are listed in your purchased package). If you do not use the service in the listed countries within 60 days, the roaming package will be disabled and you will have to re-purchase the package.

QHow do you calculate the activation and expiration of the SIM2Fly Data Roaming package ?
A
SIM2FLY will begin counting the Data Roaming package validity right after the first connection either in Thailand or abroad.
It will expire
on the date stated on the confirmation SMS that you will receive after the SIM is activated.
For example: the 8-day package that has its SIM activated in Japan on October 15th at 13.30 will end on October 23rd at 13.30.
QWhat if I have to travel to different countries and my SIM2Fly is still valid and there is roaming data allowance left? Can I use it ?
A
If you wishes to use the SIM2Fly in your package country group, you can do so without having to switch SIM cards or start a new setting.
For example, if you have a SIM2Fly “Asia & Australia” 10 days package with 6GB data roaming, you can use the SIM card in all these 32 countries in the package during the 10 days after activation.
However, if you need to travel outside your package group such as to Europe or the USA, you can buy a top-up package by selecting the Data Roaming package and then check the countries available at the SIM2Fly website under “Additional package for customers with SIM2Fly”
