  3. Company will examine the application. Once approved, subscriber will receive an approval SMS and a letter containing the password for the Freedom Top Up service. The letter will be sent to the address stated in the customer's credit card/bank account statement. The process may takes up to 15 days from the application submission date.

Former Monthly Top Up or Freedom Top Up service subscribers can renew their service subscription by following the steps as specified above as a new service subscriber.

  • AUTO TOP UP

    Just like magic! When your balance drops below 50 baht, the system will automatically top up the account. No more broken conversations from insufficient credit.

    • When you apply this service, your account will be topped up automatically by your chosen amount each time your balance falls below 50 baht.
    • The top-up amount can be 100, 200 or 300 baht. You can only select one auto top-up amount, but you can change it later on.
    • For example, a number is set for automatic top-up from a bank account with a set amount of 100 baht per top-up. Once the balance for this number falls below 50 baht, the system will deduct 100 baht from the specified bank account and apply it to top up the credit for that number.
  • MONTHLY TOP UP

    Keep your conversations flowing and manage your account smartly with the automatic top-up service.

    • New!! 700 baht top-up for your connected lifestyle on the Blackberry Package
    • The system will automatically top up your account by a set amount each month (300 or 700 baht per month) on the set date you assign during subscription (any date from the 1st to the 28th) by deducting your chosen top-up amount from your registered bank account.
    • For example, a subscriber may set a One-2-Call! number and a top-up amount of 700 Baht to be deducted from a registered bank account for automatic top-up on the 10th of every month. The service system will then top up the credit on this number automatically in accordance with the information provided by the subscriber as specified above.
    • The top-up time can be set between 08:00am – 22:00pm only. (For the Blackberry Package, subscribers should set the top-up time to be before the Blackberry package expiration date in order to prevent usage interruption. For example, if the subscriber’s Blackberry package expires at 08:00am on the 10th of every month, the subscriber should set the monthly top-up date to be on the 9th.)

    • During the subscription process, set your top-up date as either the 1st or 16th of every month

Step-by-step guide to topping up:

  1. Select language, Thai or English
  2. Select One-2-Call!
  3. Select top-up amount
  4. Input the number to be topped up
  5. Recheck the information. If all information is correct, press OK.
  6. Insert coins/banknotes. **After receiving the specified amount, the system will show the processing page.
  7. Transaction completed. Please wait for the receipt.

Note:
  • If for any reason a transaction fails to complete, any money already transferred during the incomplete transaction will be recorded by the system automatically and credited to the account being topped up when the transaction is completed after a subsequent attempt.
