1. Subscriber hereby uses GSM e-Statement (“e-Statement”) service and Subscriber hereby requests the Company
to send Subscriber’s summary statement by e-Statement to Subscriber’s e-mail Address as stated on Subscriber’s
customer profile notified to the Company and notified to Subscriber’s telephone number by Short Messages Service
System or SMS. |

2. Subscriber hereby accepts that after Subscriber uses e-Statement and the Company will not send Subscriber’s statement
to Subscriber’s postal address. Subscriber hereby agrees with the company that not to show other details regarding
Subscriber’s statement and Subscriber allows the Company to submit a summary of total outstanding amount regarding
my statement only. Subscriber can access by the e-Statement charges and details of the service at website,
www.ais.co.th/gsmadvance. |

3. The Company may charge a service fee if additional statement be requested by Subscriber to be sent by post. |

4. If the company sent e-Statement out of the computer program system that is beyond the control of the company, it
shall be deemed acceptable delivery. In case that Subscriber does not receive e-Statement by any cause which is beyond
control of the Company such as full mail box, inefficiency or error by internet service provider etc. Subscriber shall not
demand that the Company has not delivered e-Statement to Subscriber or refuse to pay a service fee pursuant
to e-Statement or demand the Company for any compensation for any nature whatsoever. |

5. Subscriber hereby certifies and warrants that Subscriber’s e-mail address given to the Company is Subscriber’s true
e-mail address. If Subscriber wishes to change such e-mail address, Subscriber will inform the Company at least 3-day
prior to the last day of billing cycle. |

6. If the Company cannot send e-Statement to Subscriber via e-mail address caused by the system difficulty for 2
consecutive billing cycles, Subscriber hereby allows the Company to send by regular post at billing address given in
application for New Register. |

7. If Subscriber wishes to cancel e-Statement service, Subscriber shall inform the Company at least 1 billing cycle in advance. |

8. Subscriber hereby agrees that the Company may send emails or interesting or beneficial promotions or service to
Subscriber in relation to products, service, and privileges. |

9. Subscriber hereby agrees that the Company may terminate this service or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice. |
