How and where can I make my monthly service payment?
  • The service fee is charged in advance at the bill starting date (Prepaid) for 1 month before using the service as the general of home internet. In case of the customer register and activate during the billing cycle, the service fee will be calculated average in daily (prorate) from the date of installation – the end of billing cycle. The customer will receive the first invoice after 10 days approximately.
  • The date for ending of billing cycle in the Statement is depend on the installation date.

  • The Statement, the first statement will show the service fee for 2 items
        The service fee will be calculated average in daily from the date of installation – the end of billing cycle. (Show on the first statement only)
        The service fee is charged in advance for 1 month. (Normal in every billing cycle)

    For example the text on the first statement, if you choose the package 750 baht Installation date on 26/01/59, then the date for billing cycle is on 27th of every month.
How many ways could we pay the bills?
  1. Payment by AIS Fibre website (www.ais.co.th/fibre)
    - Select menu “Payment”
    - Input the internet number (88xxxxxxxxxx) and the card number that you use for the subscription to log-in
    - Able to choose the payment through mPAY or online payment through the Credit/Debit card, VISA/Master Card by follow the procedure.
  2. mPay application service
    - Log in to the main menu and select AIS Services icon
    - Select AIS Fibre
    - Choose the payment way and input PIN Code, then summit for the payment
  3. Any AIS Shop, Telewiz shop
  4. Any other bill pay station such as Tesco Lotus, Family Mart
  5. At the bank counters, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking
