  1. The SuperMESH WiFi 1.5Gbps/500Mbps package can be applied for both individual customers and Juristic SME customers registered for Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) services.
  2. Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
  3. The installation fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the SuperMESH WiFi 1.5Gbps/500Mbps package for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 24-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of damages, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
  4. Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
  5. The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately.
  6. Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
  7. Customers using the SuperMESH WiFi 1.5Gbps/500Mbps package will receive a private IPv4 including a free DDNS* service in addition to a public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
  8. Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of the 24-month billing cycle.
  9. Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
  10. This package is for personal use. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
  11. Customers wishing to utilize port forwarding must first register on this website: www.thddns.net. There are no fees involved and the following registration manuals can also be found here
  12. Maximum download speed is 1.5Gbps per household and maximum upload speed is 500 Mbps per household.
  13. Customer will receive the rights to lease the following devices with a total value of 13,980 Baht. Remark: The device model that the customer will receive through this package will depend on the area of service.
    • 1 Main router T3 T640A WiFi6 AX5400, worth 4,900 Baht / Auxiliary router T3 T640A WiFi6 AX5400, worth 4,900 Baht.
    • 1 Main router Humax HPS11 WiFi6 AX5400, worth 4,900 Baht / Auxiliary router Humax HPS11 WiFi6 AX5400, worth 4,900 Baht.
    • An AIS PLAYBOX valued at 2,490 baht. A discount of 3,096 baht/piece will be applied for customers who complete the 24-month billing cycle. Should customers be unable to complete the 24-month billing cycle, they will be liable to the damages calculated according to the length of service provided
  14. 1.5Gbps speed tests on supporting models.
    Test type 1: 1.5Gbps speed test via the T3 T640A device only (before it is connected to any additional or MESH router)
    1. Internet speed test of the main T3 T640A WiFi6 AX5400 4x4
    • Max speed via WiFi connection 1.5Gbps/500Mbps
    • Max speed via LAN connection 900/500Mbps
    2. Internet speed test of the auxiliary T3 T640A WiFi6 AX5400 4x4
    • Max speed through WiFi connection 600/450 Mbps
    • Max speed through LAN connection 900/700Mbps
    Test type 2: 1.5Gbps speed test via the Humax HPS11 device only (before it is connected to any additional or MESH router)
    1. Internet speed test of the main Humax HPS11 WiFi6 AX5400 4x4
    • Max speed via WiFi connection 1.5Gbps/500Mbps
    • Max speed via LAN connection 900/500Mbps
    2. Internet speed test of the auxiliary Humax HPS11WiFi6 AX5400 4x4
    • Max speed through WiFi connection 400/350 Mbps

    ***1.5Gbps tests can be undertaken via a connection to the 160MHz frequency using the Application Speedtest by Ookla. This type of test will enable the maximum internet speeds possible via this package***
  15. Compatible mobile phones and computers (devices capable of connecting on the 160MHz frequency) include:
    • Smart phones, such as Huawei P40 Pro and above/Xiaomi 11T Pro or any device with a SnapDragon 888 chipset
    • Notebooks with Intel Core i7 CPU 1.8GHz RAM 16GB processors and above, such as the Lenovo ThinkBook 14-IML that comes with WiFi Chipset AX20X or Intel Killer only.
