When you receive a voice message, you will get an SMS notifying
“You have new message (xx seconds) DD/MM/YY, HH:MM. Listen to the message, dial *99XX”

To listen to voice message, there are 2 options:





     If you would like to select the message in case there are many voice messages left.

When you receive an SMS notifying you have many voice messages in your voice mail box, you can select the message
you require to listen. Simply dial*99XX to listen to the required message instantly. For example, you have 3 new messages from Ms. A (*9901 ), Ms. B (*9902 ),
and Ms. C (*9903 ). You can dial *9902 in order to select Ms. B’s message to listen first. You can also listen to
new messages or make transaction from the menu of the IVR in the same call without hanging up.

 

 
Remark:
- XX  seconds shows the duration of the message. (Unit: second)
- *99XX : XX is a randomized number used in notification SMS only.
 




You can listen to the voice messages by dialing*99 >Listen to messages, press 1. Sequence of the messages is ordered from the latest one to the oldest one.


 


  • Dial "9" to skip to the end of the message and go to the menu.
  • Press "asterisk" (*) while listening to detail of the message (You have 1 message from 08XXXXXXXX...)
    to access the message instantly.
  • If someone calls you when your phone is turned off or out of battery but hangs up before the beeping tone,
    Missed Call Alert will send notification SMS to you. You will see the detail of callers and time of call, free of charge.



If you have already listened to the message, you can make a call to the sender instantly via the menu Make a call back, press 2 > Confirm


The greeting message should contain your name and tell the caller to leave the message so you can call back.
For example, "Yui is not available now. Please leave the message and I will contact you back as soon as possible."

You can also change the greeting message to be star's voice or funny voices by using Star Voice Mail *799



Set the password, create mailing list, and change language by simply dialing*99 >Other settings, press 3.

 




Go to Menu> Setting> Call Divert> Select divert criteria and confirm
(Active)> Enter +668190099 and confirm

 




- Divert on All Calls: (Divert on All Calls) Divert all incoming calls to other number or to the voice mail box
   (Voice Mail *99 )
- Divert on Busy: Divert all incoming calls when you are on the line with someone else.
- Divert on No Answer: Divert all incoming calls when you are not available to answer.
- Divert on Not Reachable: Divert all incoming calls when your mobile is turned off or out of battery.

 
Remark :
  1. For your convenience, you do not have to cancel call divert setting every time, just set
    Divert on No Answer and Not Reachable to voice mail box by following the setting instruction
    to the number +668190099
  2. You can set call divert to the voice mail box on more than one condition at the time.
    Not necessary to select only one condition.
  3. In case your voice mail is lost, if others cannot leave a message to you, perhaps it is caused by canceling call divert from the menuู "Cancel All Diverts". It can be easily fixed by divert
    your calls to voice mail box as in the instruction above.
 

 


  • If your phone is turned off or out of battery or the calls is not answered within 30 seconds, every incoming call will be diverted to voice mail box, except you have changed call divert condition.
  • The system stores unopened messages for 7 days starting from receiving date. For opened messages, the system will keep them for 7 days starting from receiving date. After that, the voice messages will be automatically deleted.
  • For voice messages that have already been opened, the system stores them for 7 days, starting from listening date.
    After that, the voice messages will be automatically deleted.
  • SMS Red Alertis available only within AIS network. The sender will receive automatic notification via SMS as soon as
    the voice message has been opened or not opened within 24 hours.

Remark: There will be no charge if the caller hangs up the line before hearing the beeping tone to start leaving the message.
