In case of current account is

  1. 1. 30 baht is charged for switching fee of “Mouth Sabai” Promotion.
  2. 1. 50 baht is charged for switching fee of “Tee-Rak” Promotion.
  3. 2. 30 baht/time is charged for special number switching fee of “Tee-Rak” Promotion.
  4. 3. 30 baht is charged for switching fee of “Tee-Chorp” Promotion.
  5. 4. In case of remaining more than 90 days validity before “Tee-Chorp” Promotion registration, equal to 90 days validity will be adapted immediately at registration date.
  6. 5. “Tee-Chorp” Promotion user is not available to use validity transfer service.
  7. 6. Other call plan switch fees are charged at the rate of 15 baht.
  8. 7. Rate for GPRS/EDGE usage during download will be based on terms & conditions of customer’s current call plan.
  9. 8. When the call plan expires, you can check your new call rate via *777# .

  1. 1. Each bolt-on service & call plan is available for One-2-Call! and Sawasdee customers only.
  2. 2. Fee will be deducted from current balance instantly after signing up and customers will enjoy the service after receiving SMS confirmation.
  3. 3. Signing up for a call plan
    • - Fee will be deducted from account balance instantly after signing up and customers will enjoy the service after receiving SMS confirmation.
    • - Customers can check account balance at anytime via WAP mobileLIFE Plaza > Hot Service Package > Check account balance.
    • - Any unused balance at the expired date will be lost and will not be rolled over for later use.
    • - Account balance and validity balance will remain the same after switching except in case of switching away from “Sawasdee” which only allows maximum of 30 validity days to be transferred to a new call plan.
  4. 4. Customers can check account balance at anytime via WAP link only.
  5. 5. Any unused balance at the expired date will be lost and will not be rolled over for later use.
  6. 6. The company may launch other bolt-on service packages and promotion call plans as appropriate. Customers can check account balance at anytime via http://wap.mobilelife.co.th at the EDGE/GPRS rate of 1 baht/minute or at the rate applied to customers’ current call plan.
  7. 7. Fee quoted here excludes the rate of GPRS usage to access WAP link.
