    1. 1. Service fee is including VAT for Prepaid customers; on the other hand, it is excluded VAT for Postpaid customers.
    2. 2. New postpaid customers who subscribe NET SIM Time based package will get free EDGE+ for 1,200 minutes by receiving free EDGE+ for 300 minutes for 4 bill cycles adding to the NET SIM principal package.
    3. 3. New prepaid customers who subscribe to NET SIM Time based packages will get free EDGE+ for 1,200 minutes for 4 times, 300 minutes for each time shown as the following
      1. 3.1 For the first time, new prepaid customers who subscribe to NET SIM Time based packages will get free EDGE+ for 300 minutes for 30 days validity stating from the sign up date.
      2. 3.2 For 2 nd – 4 th cycle from the first activation, customers have to top up money to receive more validity for this free special EDGE+ (topping up EDGE+ in this period will depend on existing validity of customers)
    4. 4. New prepaid customers who subscribe to 3G NETSIM Volume based packages will get free 3G/EDGE+ for 150 MB for 3 times, 50 MB for each time shown as the following
      1. 4.1 For the first time, new prepaid customers who subscribe to 3G NETSIM Volume based packages will get free 3G/EDGE+ for 50 MB for 30 days validity starting from the sign up date.
      2. 4.2 For 2 nd – 4 th cycle from the first activation, customers have to top up money to receive more validity for this free special 3G/EDGE+ (topping up 3G/EDGE+ in this period will depend on existing validity of customers)
    5. 5. In case of having remaining usage, remaining usage cannot be carried forward to next month or next bill cycle.
    6. 6. In case of inapplicable to deduct monthly fee, the rate will be charged at 6 baht/MMS for NET SIM 3G packages.
    7. 7. For prepaid package, top up 150 baht will get 30 days validity and maximum top up is 5,000 baht with maximum validity of 365 days. The company reserves the right to disconnect the number in case of no call transaction for over 90 days.
    8. 8. 1 Wifi User is for 1 Account only; and Wifi is available on the network for @ AISwifi, 3BB_Hotspot and Cyberpoint only.
    9. 9. Discounting special promotion and all of the validity date will be canceled after the end of service, switching plan or transferring the ownership.
    10. 10. The promotion period lasts 4 months or 4 bill cycles.
    11. 11. Above packages are for domestic use only.
    12. 12. When the promotion package ends, normal rate of service charge will be applied or customers can subscribe to a new available package at that time.
    13. 13. Free of charge for promotion change at the first time, second time of change service fee will be required at 30 baht/time. However, balance amount and validity will be remained according to the new package that customers subscribe to.
    14. 14. The company reserves right to change or amend the service rate and other conditions without prior notice.
