• 1. This service is reserved only for One-2-Call! and Sawasdee customers only! (both existing and new customers).
• 2. If any customer has previously signed up for GPRS package, it must be cancelled before signing up for this service.
• 3. Each customer is eligible to sign up for only one One-2-Call! BlackBerry package.
• 4. The service cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service or 1 SIM 2 Number service.
• 5. To resume the service after temporarily cancellation due to insufficient balance, customers must dial
  *777*77# and press call/ send. (no air time charged)
• 6. Service would be cancelled in the following circumstances :
  >> When monthly fee cannot be deducted as agreed, the service will be made unavailable right away.
  >> When a customer cancels the service via AIS Shop or AIS Call Center, the cancellation will officially take effect only at the end of its service period.
• 7. Rates quoted here are exclusive of GPRS/ EDGE usagecharge.
• 8. The company reserves the right not to cater this service to inbound roamers.

Conditions :

• When the customers are abroad, www or Internet Browsing will inapplicable to access this package.
• To cancel the current package and sign up for the new package, the customers are capable to sign up after cancellation for 10 minutes.
• The service cannot be used in conjunction with other 2G/ 3G GPRS packages.
• In case of inapplicable to deduct as agreed, BlackBerry service will be made unavailable right away until the customers top up the fee enough for the package in 1-day retry period. (3 times within 24 hours). Otherwise, BlackBerry Service will be made unavailable.
• In case of cancellation via any access, BlackBerry Service will be made unavailable right away.
• Customers can sign up for AIS BlackBerry package only, the service cannot be used in conjunction with any other AIS BlackBerry Package Promotions.
• In case of status is “suspend”, the RIM will be also suspended. The period of updating RIM is approximately 30 minutes.
• The service cannot be used in conjunction with :
  - MultiSIM
  - 1SIM2Number
  - MVPN/ VPN
• The above service rates are limited to AIS customers for domestic uses only. The company reserves the right not to cater this service to inbound roamers.
• In case of using when the customers are abroad :
