- 1. This service is reserved only for One-2-Call! and Sawasdee customers only! (both existing and new customers).
- 2. AIS Blackberry Chat + Facebook
- Instant Message Program (BBM, MSN, Yahoo messenger, AOL) & Social network (Facebook, Hi5, Flickr, Twiter)
- 3. AIS Blackberry Chat + Push Mail
- Instant Messaging Program (BBM, IM, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, AOL) & Push Mail (Hotmail, yahoo, Gmail to 10 e-mail)
- 4. Only two Blackberry packages are available for signup, Blackberry Chat + Facebook and Blackberry Chat + E-mail.
- 5. If any customer has previously signed up for GPRS package, it must be cancelled before signing up for this service.
- 6. Each customer is eligible to sign up for only one One-2-Call! BlackBerry package.
- 7. The service cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service or 1 SIM 2 Number service.
- 8. To resume the service after temporarily cancellation due to insufficient balance, customers must dial *777*77# and press call/send (no air time charged).
- 9. Service would be cancelled in the following circumstances;
- When monthly fee cannot be deducted as agreed, the service will be made unavailable right away.
- When a customer cancels the service via AIS Shop or AIS Call Center, the cancellation will officially take effect only at the end of its service period.
- 10. Rates quoted here are exclusive of GPRS/EDGE usage charge.
- 11. The company reserves the right not to cater this service to inbound roamers.
- 12. Customers can sign up for the service via the following channels;
- AIS Shop
- Telewiz Standard
- Telewiz Express
- Smart Shop
- Dealer Retail
- IT channel
- ARS Standalone
- eService
- 13. GPRS charge model is time based.
- 14. The service cannot be used in conjunction with other Prepaid BlackBerry packages.
- 15. The service cannot be used in conjunction with other 3G GPRS packages.
- 16. BlackBerry package customers are not eligible to sign up for any GPRS package service.
- 17. The company reserves the right to amend or change details without prior notice.
