- 1. Call rate is inclusive of VAT, exclusive of value added services fee except Call Waiting & Holding, Call Forward and Talk2Group (Call Conference) and only applicable to domestic usage.
- 2. In case of making a switch to other call plan, call rate quoted here will no longer be applied.
- 3. Once a call plan expires, a new rate will be assigned automatically or customers can switch to a new call plan from choices available at the time.
- 4. In case of making switch to other call plan, the fee is 30 bath charged. Balance of account and validity after the switch will either remain the same or depend on terms & conditions of a new chosen call plan.
- 5. The company reserves the right to restrain the service in case of no calling, no picking up or no topping within 90 days.
- 6. The company reserves the right to adjust call rate and term & conditions without prior notice.
