Kasikorn Bank customers can pick any channel to sign up for the service.
1. Via any K-ATM nationwide
Simple steps in K-ATM signing up
- 2. Select “Sign up service/donations/others”
- 3. Select “Sign up for mobile phone services”
- 4. Select “Sign up for K-mBanking”
- 6. Enter “Mobile Phone Number”
- 8. Wait for transaction slip
3. Via K-Contact Center staff by dialing at 0-2888-8888 |
Simple Top Up Steps
1. Send SMS in Thai or English
In Thai:
Press T< space >your desired top up amount< space >last 4 digit of your bank account number
Example T 300 1234
In English:
Press T< space >your desired top up amount< space >last 4 digit of your bank account numbe< space >EN
Example T 300 1234 EN
2. Send your SMS to 4288888
3. Wait for 2 SMSes; one for a debit report and the other for top up transaction confirmation. |
