    Minute Mao Mao Package

  • Customers can sign up for the service on their own via a number designated in each package. The fee will be deducted from your phone balance right after successful sign up. Customers can commence calling at the quoted rate after receiving a confirmation SMS. Rates applied to domestic calls made to all networks around the clock. Rates do not cover any value added service. Remaining talktime can be verified by dialing *121*2# . (free of charge)
  • When a quota of your Mao Mao talktime is used up, call will be cut off automatically. Customers can re-sign up for Mao Mao or make calls at the prevailing rate of chosen principal call plan.
  • Special calling rates apply until specified validity period. In case of expiration, unused talktime will be annulled.
  • Customers can sign up for more than 1 package, talktimes will be added up with the furthest validity date regarded as the expiration date.
  • Sign up to Mao Mao will not result in extended validity, except a 30-baht package which will extend validity period by 30 days.
  • In case customers sign up to Mao Mao while customers’ principal call plan is in a buffet scheme, Mao Mao charge will apply only when calls are made during non-buffet period. Calls made during buffet time remain uncharged. Customers cannot sign up to every 1-day Mao Mao package.
  • If One-2-Call! customers who has signed up for Mao Mao buy another Mao Mao package from mPay, the inclusive minutes of each package will not be added together.

    1 Day Mao Mao Package

  • When a quota of your 1 Day Mao Mao talktime of all packages is used up, the call will be unavailable to re-sign up double package (1 Day Mao Mao Package) or switch to another principal call plan. Customers will wait until the current package expires before re-signing up. (all packages will expires at 00.00 a.m. of date)
  • For 9 baht-Mao Mao package (dial *500*10# , dial *500*20# , dial *500*50# ) and 8 baht- Mao Mao package (dial *500*23# ), customers who signed up for above packages can top up 300 baht for 30 validity in the case of using it at the day time.
  • For Mao Mao1 Special Number, when a quota is used up, the call will be cut off automatically. Customers are not allowed to sign up for a principal call plan that let you choose a special number. Also post-paid customers are not allowed to sign up for Mao Mao package with 1 special number.

    Mao Mao Data Package

  • Data quota received from Mao Mao 3G Data Package (applicable to both 3G and 2G depending on area) is valid as designated, which is within 24 hours of sign up time. In case of expiration, unused data quota or unused validity period will be regarded as forfeit. Overage is charged 1 baht/MB for 3G/2G access.
  • 49-baht Data Package customers are entitled for 140 MB of 3G connection plus unlimited GPRS access within 24 hours of sign up time.
  • Customers can buy more than one 3G package without having to sign up for 2G/3G monthly package.
  • Mao Mao 3G Data package is exclusive of VAT.
