Find out all you need to know about One-2-Call!. We have answers for every problem concerning One-2-Call! service and network.

What network does One-2-Call! system belong to?
One-2-Call! and AIS have shared the same network which is GSM Advance network whose coverage is nationwide.

How can One-2-Call! system control your budget ?
One-2-Call! is a prepaid system where you have freedom to top up as much as you wish and when you wish provided that you call plan is still valid. You can also check your account balance at any time.

What do I have to do if I would like to use One-2-Call! service?
Just follow these simple steps to get started;
  • Insert One-2-Call! SIM card and fully charge your phone battery.
  • Press 900120 to activate your SIM card and the system will top up your phone instantly (free top up amount depends on prevailing promotion scheme at that time).

If I already have my GSM Advance mobile phone, would I be able to use it on One-2-Call! network?
Yes, you can use it on One-2-Call! network right away.

If my mobile phone belongs to another network, can i have it re-configured to use on One-2-Call! network?
Yes, there are two cases and some steps for you to follow.
  • If you already have One-2-Call! number, you can proceed to use One-2-Call! service immediately.
  • If you do not have One-2-Call! number, buy yourself a Starter Kit.

Can One-2-Call! SIM card store contact numbers and messages?
One-2-Call! SIM card can store up to 250 contact numbers and 20 messages. You can swap your One-2-Call! SIM card with SIM 1000, which can store up to 1,000 contact numbers at any AIS Shop nationwide.

Are value added services applicable to One-2-Call! number?
Yes, One-2-Call! customers can enjoy value added services. You can check out services available by clicking “Value Added Services” menu.

What do I do if I enter wrong PIN code more than 3 times?
PUK or PIN Unlock Key happens when you attempt to unlock your phone unsuccessfully after the third try. You will need a PUK code to unlock your mobile phone. However, you must not enter wrong PUK code more than 10 times otherwise your SIM card will become permanently blocked. In that case, you will need to bring your ID card to any AIS Shop nationwide to buy a new SIM card with the same number.

If I cannot use my mobile phone, what should I do?
If your phone displays “INSERT SIM CARD”, follow these steps.
  1. Turn off your phone and remove your SIM card. Wipe it with a dry piece of cloth and check if your SIM is locked.
2. If your phone still displays "INSERT SIM CARD", try inserting your SIM card in another GSM phone. If it still does not work, bring your SIM card to your nearest AIS Shop. If your SIM card works on another GSM phone, bring your phone to your nearest AIS Shop nationwide.
  • Check if your phone runs out of battery by turning on your phone. If there is nothing displayed on your phone screen, try recharging your phone battery. If “Enter PIN Code” is displayed on your phone screen, enter the correct PIN code and your phone should be ready for use.้
  • In case there is no display of AIS GSM on your phone screen (the display can also be TH AIS, TH AIS GSM or TH GSM on some phone models), it means you are in no network coverage area. Try moving around to find high network coverage area.

How can I get One-2-Call! post-sales service?
If you have a problem about using One-2-Call! mobile phone, bring it to your nearest service center or Advance Service Center. If your SIM card is not working properly, you can bring it to any AIS Shop nationwide (no fees charged if your SIM card is still under our 1 year warranty policy otherwise refer to warranty’s terms & conditions).

What should I do if my SIM card is out of order?
Bring your SIM card to your nearest AIS Shop.
  • If your SIM card is still covered by our 1 year warranty policy, you will get a new SIM card with the same number with your account balance and validity balance remain intact (if any).
  • If your SIM card is out of the 1 year warranty period, you can buy a new SIM card with the same number with your account balance and validity balance remain intact (if any).

If I lose my One-2-Call! mobile phone, can I have it barred temporarily?
Customers who have lost One-2-Call! phone or SIM card can contact AIS Call Center at 1175 to verify your personal data and get a new SIM card with the same number. Your account balance will remain the same as the day you requested a Call Barring service while your validity period during a Call Barring service will be lost.

Why is it that I cannot receive SMSes that were sent to me?
Probably because SMS storage memory is full or because you have not turned on your phone. For the first case, you can retrieve your new SMSes after deleting some old SMSes. For the latter, those SMSes would be re-sent within 24 hours after turning on your phone.

In case of not topping up or having no usage, how long can I keep my number?
In case there is no usage e.g., calling out, receiving calls, using Internet, SMS, etc. or no top up for 90 consecutive days, with no remaining validity, the number will be automatically terminated.
