How to subscribe to to International Call service

For AIS Postpaid customers

 1. Ways to Apply
  • Register via Auto Respond System by dialing *125 and follow the simple instructions
  • Via USSD system by dialing *125*3#
  • AIS CALL CENTER 1175
  • Every AIS and TELEWIZ shop throughout Thailand
 2.  Application Conditions
 Register via Auto Respond System by dialing *125, and through USSD *125*3#
  • Applicants must be regular individuals.
  • Must never have applied for International Call Service before.
  • Must be 17 years or older.
  • Registered as an AIS GSM user for more than four months and currently using the service.
  • Have no outstanding balance with AIS.

For AIS One-2-Call! Customers

Enjoy International Calling Service via 00500 without the need to apply. For customers who do not meet the above conditions: Please submit your application form at any AIS or TELEWIZ shop throughout Thailand.

A Regular Individual

Please present an original Thai National Identification Card or other official ID card which has a photo and ID numbers issued by the government and a copy which is signed by the cardholder as verification.

Corporate
  •  Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (issued within the last 3 months).
  •  Copy of the Thai National ID of a person authorized to represent the entity.
Mobile Users of AIS Network

Current customers of the AIS network who have used International Call or Roaming Services do not need to apply for AIS 00500.
